The "Portfolio" interface is certainly the most important page of the platform.
It allows you to access all your assets or asset families: Patent, Trademark, Design and Other type of asset.
Two kinds of visualization are available:
- Standard view or family view: Each line represents a family with a graph indicating the number of assets in the family and their status (light blue is the color code for pending assets, dark blue for granted or registered assets and red for abandoned or expired assets) and a global view of the family level user fields. It is possible to have an extended view to be able to quickly view comments.
- The view by asset: Each line represents an asset and allows you to view its main information. It is possible to have an extended view to be able to see more information.
Many options are available on this page, including:
- Access to the advanced search page
- Ability to open the family page and access all the information related to the family
- Export or mass modify user fields or associate users to certain assets (family level or asset level)
- Select (and review) all families with suggested updates.
