Orbit Asset

Timing : The system automatically checks the bibliographic data available in Orbit Asset with the public data every Wednesday. New updates are available on Thursday morning.

Basic algorithmic rules :

• Updates that have been rejected are no longer suggested by the system.
• The search for updates is based on the application number.
  
• If no asset (patent, design or trademark) is found on the basis of the application number, the algorithm will then search via the publication number, then via the grant number for patents and registration number for trademarks.
