The system allows you to add events and create associated tasks (deadline, owner, reminder, comment & documents). Deadlines are displayed in the calendar of the owner of the task and in the "Tasks report" tab.


All customers can add events and tasks manually (see "Add Adhoc Event"). If the customer has subscribed to the "Docketing Option", the system will be able to 

  • create automatically an event named "Filing Event"(and associated tasks) when an asset will be added in the database,
  • suggest predefined events and create the tasks with the official deadlines associated based on our law engine,
  • create automatically event and associated task based on the register and the law engine.
