A button is available in the portfolio interface to allow you to view only your "alive" families (or "alive" asset, if grouped by asset). This allows you to keep your historical families without overloading your navigation. To view all your families or asset, simply uncheck the box "Show only alive family".
Definitions:
- "ALIVE" family: Family with at least one protection associated with a "Filing is in progress", "Protection filed", "Granted" or "Registered" status or with a project associated with a "Project is in progress" status.
- "DEAD" family: Family where all the members are associated with an "Abandoned" status (or "Ended", "Refused", "Withdrawn", "Expired"). The invention status is not taken into account if an asset has been added in the family.
- ALIVE asset : Asset associated with a "Filing is in progress", "Protection filed", "Granted" or "Registered" status
