You will find below a summary of the charts/tables available on this page:
1) Examiner details
This first graph is a reminder to clarify the statistical basis. Two options are available:
- Limited to the current examiner
- Full corresponding art unit
This widget indicate the statistical basis on which all the filters and graphs will be applied.
2) Applicant wins
Indication of the won appeal rate for the selected filters.
3) Applicant wins/loses
Like the applicant win rate, this graph corresponds to the number of appeal examined and their status for the chosen filters. This allows us to contextualize the "Applicant win rate" in the number of cases that allowed its calculation.
4) PTAB Decision
This graph allows you to visualize and count the different PTAB decision made on the chosen basis (based on the filters).
5) Final outcome
This represent the status of the application that are taken into account in this page.
6) Generic stats:
- Exit after Notice of appeals or pre-appeal (no applicant brief)
- Exit after applicant brief (no Examiner reply, no PTAB decision)
- Exit after Examiner reply (no PTAB decision)
- Receiving a PTAB decision
7) Biggest customer numbers
The customer numbers are relative (in general) to the law firms handling the cases. This allows you to compare their results.

8) Biggest applicants
By listing the applicants for a particular filter, it allows you to compare your results with those of your competitors.
