The workspaces are folders in which it is possible to add "Cases". For example, it is possible to create a workspace named "Offensive litigation" to group all offensive litigation cases. It is then possible to add tasks, documents or contacts to be able to manage each case individually (each offensive litigation in our example).
In a "case" it is possible to associate, for information only or to create a questionnaire, different types of assets (patent, trademark, design or other type). These assets will be visible in the "Related assets" sub tab.
Case overview
To add assets to a case, there are 3 options:
- Via the asset view: Click on the option button (3 dot buttons) and click on "Add to workspace"
- Via the "portfolio" tab (bulk addition): Select the wanted assets and click on the "Add to workspace" button.
- Via the "Renewal" tab (bulk addition): Select the wanted assets and click on the "Add to workspace" button.
