The calculation of renewal dates requires that the data is complete and correctly entered into Orbit Asset.
The system allows you to list errors with on associated error code.
- Assets with data errors: No renewal date has been calculated and the data needs to be verified.
- Assets with incomplete data for which the renewal fee would not be accurate: The renewal has been calculated (and the instruction will be taken into account by our renewal service if the synchro mode has been activated) but the fee displayed may not be accurate.
